Grape variety 100 % Gamay.
Vinification Aging in tanks for 8 to 9 months.
Robe Ruby dress.
Nose Touches of red fruits, plum, and peach on the nose.
Palate Rich and elegant on the palate.
Serve with Classic pairing: Grilled ribeye steak. Unconventional pairing: Melon and prosciutto salad.
