Location
Located at the northern limit of the Rhône department, on its border with Saône-et-Loire, the Fleurie wine region is bordered by Moulin-à-Vent to the north, Morgon to the south, and Chiroubles to the west.
Soil The soils are granitic and sandy, slightly clayey.
Grape variety 100 % Gamay.
Vinification Aging in tanks for 8 to 9 months.
Robe Beautiful sparkling ruby dress.
Nose It exhales fruity scents of small red fruits (strawberry, and blackberry) and flowers (rose and lily of the valley).
Palate The mouth is velvety and gourmet.
Serve with Classic pairing: Margherita pizza. Unusual pairing: Salmon tartare with citrus fruits.
Serve at Service temperature: 14°C.
Cellaring potential To be enjoyed within 5 years. However, it is possible to wait a little longer for fans of spicy wines.
