Our know-how
As a winegrower and merchant, mastering upstream factors is primordial. We purchase freshly harvested grapes and must.
We vinify 70 to 90% of our Burgundy wines. One of our wineries is devoted to the vinification of regional appellations (Bourgogne Pinot Noir, Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Nuits, Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Beaune).
We work closely with our team of oenologists, which has been in place for several years, under the leadership of Alain Serveau.
