VinificationHand-picked harvest, grape sorting upon arrival at the winery. Fermentary maceration in temperature-controlled wooden vats for 18 to 21 days. Aging in oak barrels (30% new barrels) for 14 to 16 months.
NoseThe delicate bouquet opens with aromas of red fruits (cherry, raspberry...) and spices evolving towards notes of undergrowth.
PalateThe rich and fleshy palate is finely structured by present but silky tannins that contribute to a beautiful persistence.
