Location
This vineyard is adjacent to Meursault to the north and Chassagne-Montrachet to the south in the Côte de Beaune.
Soil
Clayey white lands and very calcareous and marly soils.
Grape variety
100 % Chardonnay.
Vinification
Traditional vinification in temperature-controlled vats at 20°C. Aging 80% in vats and 20% in barrels for 8 months.
Robe
Beautiful pale yellow color with some golden reflections.
Nose
The nose is expressive with mineral notes of flint, revealing hints of stone fruit and a touch of vanilla.
Palate
The palate is soft and harmonious with a mineral structure revealing fruity notes and a beautiful aromatic persistence on the finish.
Serve with
Classic pairing: Gratinéed scallops. Unconventional pairing: Lobster and pink grapefruit salad.
Serve at
Service temperature: between 10-12°C.
