The Moulin-à-Vent appellation covers 660 hectares in the north of Beaujolais.
Soil Poor soils of very pure pink granite.
Grape variety 100 % Gamay.
Vinification Breeding 50% in barrels for 10 to 12 months
Nose Floral and gourmet bouquet with notes of rose and red and black berries (raspberry, blackcurrant, blueberry) accompanied by an expressive minerality.
Palate Generous on the palate, its aromatic structure is both complex and harmonious. The finish is intense and subtly fragrant.
Serve with Classic pairing: Parsley ham. Unusual pairing: Roasted pork tenderloin with juniper berries.
Serve at Service temperature: between 13-14°C.
Cellaring potential To be enjoyed within 3 to 5 years and more.
