Dominated by Mont du Py, Morgon stands out as the largest of the Beaujolais crus.

Vinification
Aging 50% in tanks and 50% in barrels for 8 to 9 months.

Nose
Nose with notes of ripe fruits.
Palate
The mouth is rich and powerful.

Classic pairing: Pork chop with Dijon mustard and hazelnuts. Unusual pairing: Beef carpaccio with capers and truffle oil.
