Vinification Aging 50% in tanks and 50% in barrels for 8 to 9 months.
Robe Dress color garnet.
Nose Nose with notes of ripe fruits.
Palate The mouth is rich and powerful.
Serve with Classic pairing: Pork chop with Dijon mustard and hazelnuts. Unusual pairing: Beef carpaccio with capers and truffle oil.
Serve at Service temperature: between 14-15°C.
Cellaring potential To be enjoyed young and fruity or to be kept for 3 to 5 years and more.
