Burgundy is the favorite terroir of Pinot Noir for centuries, synonymous with elegance and finesse. It comes from grapes sourced from selected plots throughout Burgundy.
Soil The soils are all clay-limestone with a diversity of terroirs on a North-South axis with varied exposure and altitude which is at the origin of a very beautiful aromatic complexity of this wine.
Grape variety 100 % Pinot Noir.
Vinification Vinification in open thermoregulated vats at 28/30 °C with punching down then aging 90% in vats and 10% in oak barrels for 9 to 11 months.
Robe Beautiful supported ruby dress.
Nose The nose is fresh with a dominance of red fruits such as sweet cherry, blackberry, and crunchy grape.
Palate The mouth has a present tannic structure, it is harmonious and structured.
Serve with Classic pairing: Honey-glazed duck breast. Unusual pairing: Caprese-stuffed portobello mushrooms.
Serve at Serving temperature: between 14-15°C.
Cellaring potential To be enjoyed young with fruit or to be kept for 3 to 4 years.
