Beaujolais is a light and fruity red wine from the Beaujolais wine region, located in the Rhône department in France. It is produced from the Gamay grape variety, which is cultivated exclusively in this region.
Soil Sandy loam soils in depth, coarse sand on the surface.
Grape variety 100 % Gamay.
Vinification Aging in tanks for 5 to 6 months.
Robe Dress cherry color.
Nose On the nose, notes of red and black fruits.
Palate Power in the mouth.
Serve with Classic pairing: Duck with red berries. Unconventional pairing: Burrata pizza.
Serve at Service temperature: between 12-13°C.
Cellaring potential To be enjoyed in its early youth or within 3 years to preserve the pleasure of the fruit.
