VinificationManual harvesting, sorting of grapes upon arrival at the winery. Fermentary maceration in thermoregulated wooden vats for 18 to 21 days. Aging in oak barrels (35% new barrels) for 14 to 16 months.
NoseDeep bouquet combining aromas of red and black fruits (cherry, blackberry...) with subtle woody and spicy notes that evolve over time towards more animal notes (musk, fur).
PalateFull and velvety, this wine is also finely structured, giving it a good balance. Its finish, with the fruity notes of the initial nose, is persistent.
