This domain has a vineyard located in the northern part of the Côte de Nuits, more specifically in the village of Brochon, which is adjacent to Gevrey-Chambertin.

Soil The climates rest on brown-red lands of the foothills: loams descended from the slope and mixed with limestone rocks.

Grape variety 100 % Pinot Noir.

Vinification Vinification in open thermoregulated vats at 28/30 °C with punching down. Aging in oak barrels (20% new barrels) for 14 to 16 months.

Robe Beautiful intense ruby color.

Nose First nose with stone fruits like cherry and plum and some background notes of cocoa.

Palate Beautiful structure in the mouth, soft and light tannins where cherry is found followed by a touch of cocoa and coffee.

Serve with Classic pairing: Mushroom risotto. Unconventional pairing: Truffle risotto.

Serve at Service temperature: between 16-17°C.
