Location
Burgundy is the preferred terroir of Pinot Noir for centuries, synonymous with elegance and finesse. It comes from grapes selected from parcels throughout Burgundy.
Soil The soils are all clay-limestone with a diversity of terroirs on a North-South axis with varied exposure and altitude which is at the origin of a very beautiful aromatic complexity of this wine.
Grape variety 100 % Pinot Noir.
Vinification Vinification in open thermoregulated vats at 28/30 °C with punching down then aging for 8 to 12 months in oak barrels. Aging: 90% in vats and 15% in oak barrels for 9 to 11 months.
Robe Beautiful supported ruby dress.
Nose The nose is fresh with a dominance of red fruits such as sweet cherry, blackberry, and crunchy grape.
Palate The mouth has a present tannic structure, it is harmonious and structured.
Serve with Classic pairing: Bolognese pasta. Unconventional pairing: Eggplant and goat cheese ravioli.
Serve at Service temperature: between 14-15°C.
Cellaring potential To be enjoyed young and fruity or to be kept for 3 to 4 years.
