Burgundy has been the preferred terroir of Pinot Noir for centuries, synonymous with elegance and finesse. It comes from grapes selected from different plots throughout Burgundy.
Soil The soils are all clay-limestone with a diversity of terroirs on a North-South axis with varied exposure and altitude which is at the origin of a very beautiful aromatic complexity of this wine.
Grape variety 100 % Pinot Noir.
Vinification Vinification in open, temperature-controlled vats at 28/30 °C with punching down, followed by aging in oak barrels (20% new barrels) for 10 to 12 months.
Robe Beautiful supported ruby dress.
Nose The nose is fresh with a dominance of red fruits such as sweet cherry, blackberry and crunchy grape.
Palate The mouth has a present tannic structure, it is harmonious and structured.
Serve with Classic pairing: Ratatouille. Unusual pairing: Chocolate fondant with fleur de sel.
Serve at Service temperature: between 14-15°C.
Cellaring potential To be enjoyed young and fruity or to be kept for 3 to 5 years.
