Location
Located in 4 municipalities, mainly in the Rhône and for a small part in Saône-et-Loire, it benefits from excellent sunshine. The average altitude of the vineyards varies between 230 and 430 meters, at the north-western end of the vineyard.

Vinification
100% aging in tanks for 8 to 9 months.

Ruby-colored dress.
Nose
On the nose, hints of red fruits, strawberry, violet, and cinnamon.
Palate
In the mouth, aromas of peach and red fruits.

Classic pairing: Truffle risotto. Unconventional pairing: Smoked duck breast with thyme.
