VinificationManual harvesting, sorting of the grapes upon arrival at the winery. Fermentative maceration in thermoregulated wooden vats for 3 to 4 weeks. Aging in oak barrels for 14 months.
NoseThe bouquet reveals fresh notes of red fruits (cherry, raspberry...), flowers (peony, rose...) and spices.
PalateThe full-bodied and rich palate is supported by present but round tannins. A wine with character but also elegant, with a very aromatic long finish.
