Brown limestone soils on Pernand argovian marls (middle Oxfordian limestones, Jurassic).
Grape variety
100 % Chardonnay.
Vinification
Vinification is essentially done in temperature-controlled vats and aging on fine lees in vats for 10 to 11 months.
Robe
Beautiful straw yellow color with silver reflections.
Nose
The nose is fresh, elegant, and marked by Kimmeridgian typicity, highlighting iodized and mineral notes.
Palate
On the palate, the attack is focused on crisp fruit with a harmonious structure and a mineral finish.

Classic pairing: Belon oysters. Unusual pairing: Grapefruit and avocado salad.
