VinificationManual harvesting, sorting of grapes upon arrival at the winery. Fermentary maceration in temperature-controlled wooden vats for 18 to 21 days. Aging in oak barrels for 14 months.

NoseIts bouquet focuses on fresh red fruits, crushed raspberries and strawberries, as well as some toasted notes and a hint of licorice.
PalateThe aromas of red berries from the first nose are found, with a silky texture and melted tannins. As for the finish, it is intense with some spicy notes.
