The Domaine Bergeret estate is located approximately twenty kilometres southwest of Beaune in the small town of Nolay, at the heart of the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune.

VinificationVinification takes place in temperature-controlled open vats (28/30°C) with regular punching of the cap followed by 8 to 12 months ageing in oak barrels.
