Bourgogne Aligoté is an appellation found throughout Burgundy, especially in the region around Auxerre, in the Côte Chalonnaise, as well as in the Hautes Côtes de Beaune and de Nuits.

VinificationVinification takes place at 20°C in temperature-controlled tanks to preserve all of the freshness and aromas of this varietal. The wine is aged primarily in vats on the lees with stirring for 10 to 12 months.
RobeBeautiful brilliant pale yellow in colour.
NosePredominantly fruity (fresh grapes).
PalateLovely flavours of ripe fruit with nice roundness for an Aligoté. Slightly briny on the finish.
Serve withOn its own or in a kir with a splash of Burgundian blackcurrant liqueur, this is ideal aperitif wine. With food, it is the perfect match for all types of fish, crustaceans and white meats: veal stew with cream and mushrooms, trout with sorrel sauce or scallops with shallots and hazelnut oil.
