Location
Côte de Beaune-Villages takes root in two Burgundian departments, Côte-d'Or and Saône-et-Loire.
Soil The vineyards are planted on hillsides and foothills with clay-limestone soils, facing East-Southeast, factors that promote good sunlight exposure and good drainage.
Grape variety 100 % Pinot Noir.
Vinification Winemaking in open thermoregulated vats at 28/30 °C with punching down followed by aging for 12 to 14 months in oak barrels with a maximum of 15% new barrels.
Robe Pretty cherry dress with ruby reflections.
Nose It exhales minty notes with a slightly woody background on a base of crunchy red fruit like red currant.
Palate The mouth reveals fine tannins on a harmonious structure where we find the greediness of red fruits.
Serve with Classic pairing: Penne all'arrabiata. Unconventional pairing: Roasted monkfish with green curry.
Serve at Serving temperature: between 15-16°C.
Cellaring potential To be enjoyed within 3 to 5 years and more.
