VinificationManual harvesting, sorting of grapes upon arrival at the winery. Fermentative maceration in thermoregulated wooden vats for 18 to 21 days. Aging in oak barrels (35% new barrels) for 14 to 16 months.
NoseElegant bouquet with scents of red fruits (sour cherry, raspberry...) mixed with light roasted and smoky notes evolving over time into a truffle aroma.
PalateOn the palate, the attack is velvety, the flesh rich, the tannins present but silky. Long, very aromatic finish.
