The wine is made from grapes from selected vineyards throughout the Bourgogne appellation, primarily in the Saône-et-Loire, Côte de Beaune and Yonne.
SoilThough the terroirs are very diverse, all of the soils are a mix of clay and limestone. The vines are planted in a north-south axis with varying exposure to the sun and at varying altitudes. These factors all contribute to this wine’s aromatic complexity.

VinificationVinification takes place at 20°C in temperature-controlled tanks to preserve all of the varietal’s freshness and aromas. The wine is mainly aged in vats for 10 to 12 months on the lees with stirring.
