A long-time partner of the House of Jean Bouchard, the Château de Bouze-les-Beaune is located a few kilometres northwest of Beaune in the Côte de Beaune.

NoseThe first nose is mentholated with nuances of rose and lychee underpinned by a grapefruit base.
PalateVery fresh with a texture that is rather round, supported by flavours of grapefruit and ending with a slightly lemony finish.
Serve withOur Aligoté is the ideal aperitif wine, but may also be enjoyed with food such as a seafood platter, cod with saffron sauce, or salmon “en papillote” as well as fine poultry such as young chicken with pineapple and currants.
